Stonecroft Country Inn, an 1807 sea captain's country estate, consists of a sunny Georgian colonial and newly renovated Grange. The Inn offers quiet country elegance for the discriminating traveler who appreciates a natural, smoke-free environment. A serene, therapeutic weekend at Stonecroft enables you to reconnect and bring goodwill back to your families and workplace. The Main House, listed on the National Historic Register, has four common rooms, six fireplaces, and four exceptional guest rooms with private baths, three with fireplaces. Public rooms in the Main House include the Great Room with its nine-foot wide fireplace; the Red Room lends itself more to quiet pursuits such as meditation or reading. The Snuggery, originally the borning room, is now a small library. Main House guests will be more comfortable in flat-heeled shoes due to its natural surroundings and nearly two hundred year old floors. Quick navigate Ledyard Inns / B&Bs
